La Chemita
Chemita fait référence au commandement biblique de laisser la terre se reposer pendant un an ou cours d’un cycle de sept ans. L’année sabbatique a non seulement des implications pratiques et agricoles, mais également de profonds messages spirituels et sociaux. KKL-JNF a su réagir à toutes les difficultés particulières posées par la Chemitta afin de soutenir les agriculteurs d’Israël et de répondre aux principes de développement durable.
